Results of “Your Voice Matters” Satisfaction Survey 2025 Published on 17th May 2025
Dunbeath & District Centre’s Community Health & Wellbeing Hub, with support from Impact Hub Inverness through the Scottish Government’s Just Enterprise programme, has carried out an independent customer satisfaction survey to understand better what people who use the centre and their support network think of the services and what changes may be beneficial.
This survey is a natural follow-up to one done in 2023 and demonstrates D&DC’s proactive approach to understanding more fully the needs of its customers.
The below findings of the survey will help the D&DC Management create a strategy for the next few years that is relevant and appropriate to the needs of the local area, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of those who rely on it now, as well as those who may benefit from its services in the years to come.
